Printmaking
"The delicate balance of chance and control in the printmaking process is invigorating."
My printmaking is done in collaboration with The Artists' Press, a world-class workshop in Mpumalanga, South Africa. The artist works with master printer, Mark Attwood, who takes care of the technical aspects while the artist focuses on the concept and image. It is challenging work that involves planning and delayed gratification as the image is built up with a series of separate plates.
